Foolish Me!

But I think it's clear now: I was hired onto Hospice to be part of the problem, and I keep trying to be part of the solution. No wonder I'm constantly frustrated. I approach this place with "new mind" and some understanding of what it is I'm doing and how I can improve that, and I keep running up against "old mind" that has an "overview" of what I do and experience with how this has limped along for years. Hey it works, kinda', doesn't it?
