Drunken Monkey Love

Two very cool things I'd like to share:

This is the supercool teapot that duckmonster procured for me! A beautiful teapot. A proper teapot! Ask and ye' shall receive! It's fine and good to be able to purchase loose orange pekoe teas (as opposed to the little flaky bits called "fannings" that are packaged and sold to the convenience-minded and/or otherwise careless consumers as tea bags, which just doesn't sound good, at all - teabag!) but a lot of good that does one if they don't have a proper tea pot. Luckily, skillfully, I'm resourceful and I've been scraping by, both at home and office, with the use of travel mugs with the "sippy" lids intact which are easy enough to drop a couple pinches of loose tea into and fill with hotish water and strain it through a sieve into a cup after it brews, but G:zuz, what a process! A process, as opposed to a ceremony. Processes are for fake cheese-like "foods" and ceremonies are for real tea; and if you've only ever tasted "teabag" tea you're missing out! Next: please tell me how to tap into brilliance like this guy's brilliance. This is the sort of creative genius which I believe to be available to all of us after we get beyond the more mundane mysteries such as, "why doesn't my furnace work?" Whenever I find myself asking of the universal intelligence, "what would someone smarter than me do here?" the question's usually related to a specific situation or challenge that has me otherwise stymied. But ultimately, I'm searching for a solution that includes artificial, wind-powered "animals" roaming autonomously across the lonely beaches of the Neatherlands.
