   Rising fuel costs, alternative to the ICE. Not just for fun and exercise anymore . . .

   All of our possibilities are realized in conversation.

   (Specifically, I mean hand drums, not those crazy, double bass, floor tom - rockin' glitter paint and high hat dealies - see minimalism, below)
   Rhythm is primary to music. Drums are the oldest known musical instruments. Personally powerful and politically potent . . .

4. good beer:
   . . . as opposed to 'bad' beer? Beer is proof that there is a god who Loves us and wants us to be happy. It is sensless to argue about matters of taste, but good beers can be had from all strata of the keg and cost.
5. ink:
   Specifically, tattoo ink. You call it vanity, I call it living art!
6. minimalism:
   "The things you own end up owning you."
7. people:
   People are the living embodiments of the choices we, ourselves, never made. If you don't believe in a parallel universe, or tangental realities look to the person next to you - ultimately we have the same origins and the same destination. The only difference is absolutely everything in between.
8. resonance:
   Moods are contagious, so is beauty, so is neglect. So are a lot of things. Our reality is made of energy vibrating at different frequencies. I'm not interested to prove to you my point of view, but what a difference it makes to look at the world in this way. . .
9. sustainable living:
   Evidence suggests that big changes are ahead for the human race, and it doesn't look like the majority of us are willing to make them. So, they will be made for us (or rather 'to us' is how they will likely appeal to the criminally obstinate).
