Depends upon what the shit is, I suppose.

Sometimes, I think the gravity of things and the sheer overwhelming size and number of the problems we face as a people are so great that it makes me feel as if nothing I do matters (so why try).

So, I try to look at the things I can impact and then do those one at a time. If the only positive thing I can do is improve my own state of mind for the sake of those around me, that's what I focus on.

Sometimes, it's a thing as small as breathing.
