Across the bank of reference computers at the library this morning was a young asian boy with his finger buried in his right nostril almost to the second knuckle. He looks up to notice me watching him and unapologetically rolls the booger around in his fingers. Far be it from me to admonish someone else's kid for picking their nose, especially in public; but I'm not above asking them, "Now that you've got it what're you gonna do with it?"
