hughcasey; I can appreciate your pain today. I'm the same boat, different ocean. I do feel feel that I got enough done today to justify my being here for 4 hours. However, I'm going to suggest to the PTB that we have 'my' temp sit in on a QC and envelope stuffing session with the volunteers, especially that cranky old one who used to be an middle school teacher. Even if said temp doesn't actually learn anything useful I will consider it an apt punishment for all the shit I had to run around and fix today!
